Stack parking systems for homes, societies and showrooms

Stack parking lifts one car above another on a hydraulic platform, doubling or tripling the cars in the same bay. It is the simplest and most affordable mechanical parking system, which is why it is so common in bungalows, small societies, showrooms and workshops across Indian cities.

When to choose stack parking, and when not to

Choose it when…

  • You already have a stilt / basement with 3.6 m+ clear height
  • You need 2–30 extra cars on a limited budget
  • Parking is allotted per flat or per user (lower car moves first)

Think twice when…

  • Many unrelated users need independent access all day
  • Clear height is under about 3.5 m and cannot be raised
  • You need hands-free, fully automatic operation

What we check before we recommend stack parking

We would rather tell you it will not fit than sell you the wrong system. Every recommendation starts with these checks.

  • 01Clear height under beams and services

FAQ

Stack parking: common questions

How much space does a stack parking system need?

A two-level stacker needs roughly 2.7 m width per car, 5 to 5.5 m length and 3.6 m or more clear height under the beam or slab. Three levels need around 5.5 m. Share your drawing and we confirm exact numbers.

Can stack parking be installed in a stilt floor?

Yes, if the stilt has enough clear height and the slab can carry the load. Many stilts are lower than 3.6 m, so we check this at design stage and tell you honestly if it will not work.

Is stack parking suitable for societies?

Yes, when each flat is allotted its own slot. Because the lower car must move first, it works best for assigned or paired parking rather than first-come-first-served use.
