Lowest cost way to double parking

Stack parking · when to choose it

  • You already have a stilt / basement with 3.6 m+ clear height

The parking problem

Cars multiply. Land doesn’t.

Whether it is a society in Nagpur or a commercial plot in a metro, the story is the same. Our job is to find the cheapest, safest way to get cars off the road and into your building.

TODAY · 1 CAR PER BAY WITH STACKING · 3 CARS, SAME BAY
01

One home, three cars

Families bought one parking slot and now own two or three cars. Lane parking, society disputes and daily car-shuffling follow.

02

Land costs more than concrete

A single ground-level bay occupies land worth lakhs. Going vertical is often far cheaper than buying or building more area.

03

Ramps eat your basement

Ramps and drive aisles can swallow a big share of a conventional basement. Mechanical systems give that area back as cars.

Where it fits

FAQ

Questions we hear most

How much space do I need?

It depends on the system. A 2-level stacker needs about 2.7 m width per car and 3.6 m+ clear height. Share your plot or basement drawing and we will recommend a system in plain terms.

Will it take SUVs and large cars?

Yes. We design platforms around your actual vehicle mix and weight, so sedans, SUVs and MUVs are planned for, not just hatchbacks.

What happens in a power cut?

Systems are planned with mechanical locks, sensors and an emergency release or generator backup so cars stay secure and retrievable.

Can we add EV charging?

Yes. Charging points and the extra electrical load are planned at design stage, which is far cheaper than retrofitting later.

Will approvals be a problem?

We prepare drawings and documents for your architect, society and authorities. Approvals depend on local rules and authority decisions, so we flag risks early.

Is it safe for children and senior citizens?

Yes. Entry is controlled, sensors stop movement if anything is in the way, and nobody stays inside the system while it moves.

How long does a project take?

A site assessment takes a few days. Supply and installation depend on system type and size, and we confirm the timeline in writing before you commit.

Do you work outside Nagpur, and do you offer AMC?

Yes to both. We are based in Nagpur, take projects across India and offer annual maintenance contracts with scheduled visits and breakdown support.
